Excellent location - Average Hotel

We arrived at the hotel at 2.30am and the front desk staffs were very quick to give us the room. But they had no one to help us with the luggage so we had to carry our luggage all the way from the car to our room. We had booked a standard room - which was nothing like in the pictures, it was very small, with the wash basin right near the bed. The front desk was very efficient to change our room to Jr. suit for a small payment for the next 3 days. The view from these rooms is excellent and would recommend staying here if only you can get these rooms. Breakfast spread was small and same on all the days. The coffee machine at the reception is free to use whole day. They even have a small restaurant on the 5th floor which is very average and would recommend to eat outside. Lot of bars and restaurants next to the Hotel. Freedom square & Galleria mall are just 2 mins walk away. Even Shardeni Street which has all the local bars is just a 10 mins walk. Would only stay here for the location.

The team was friendly and attentive to our requests. In addition they offered free coffee, water and sweets. The location was in the center so everything was near. The team Sopiko and others cant remember their names were extremely helpful.

Not worth the money i paid

It was not worth the money i paid. There was no tissues ( very small thing usually in the rooms) no body wash , no shampoo in the washroom. No iron machine. Too much noises from outside(no noise cancellation glasses). So overall 2/5. Thank you.

Mr. Sergio was very polite and helpfull person. He offered us a complimentary coffee tea and playground area for my daughter. Thanks him and other staff too. Next time we will stay here. They nice top bar and very usefull loby area. Hotel located in heart of the city centre.

everything was perfect: breakfast, the style of decoration of the room and the hotel as a whole.I would especially like to thank the receptionist Giorgi and Ekaterina. They helped me a lot.I have a great desire to return, I will try to do so..
